I'm almost always doing more than one thing at once. Unfortunately, this means that I'm not always paying as close attention to whatever I am doing at the moment as I should be.

I also have a nasty tendency to understand something intuitively that I don't always articulate very well unless smacked over the head with a clue-by-four about it. (This is a serious problem with the fiction I write - I understand the backstory and everything I'm TRYING to say . . . and then don't say it, and the reader's left going " . . . wtf . . . ?")

If I am trying to offend you, or just flat don't give a shit if you get offended by something I say, I'm most likely going to say something REALLY UNAMBIGUOUS like "You, sir, are a fucking asshole".

If it's semi-ambiguous, ask me. Chances are really good I just need to reword what I said so that every other normal person understands my chaotic thought-patterns.
